make data move.

these little IoT robots can interact with almost anything.

let data move you.

THE PROBLEM
smartphones notify us by vibrating or beeping. It gets annoying.
We receive every kind of information on our phones and have trouble retaining it, because every kind of information looks and feels the same.

THE CASE FOR MOVEMENT
our brains have evolved to understand the three dimensional world intuitively. By adding movement to objects we have already attached meaning to, everything can become an interface.
This way information becomes intuitive to understand and appropriately located in the real world.

THE PRODUCT
‍‍
Kioobes are little Internet of Things robots that can turn and plop out an embedded cylinder.
Movement is triggered by your smartphone so you can receive information in the real world.
New triggers and movements can easily be defined and shared on the accompanying app.
There are adapters to help Kioobes interact with every object imaginable and a shop to share & buy them.

THE NAME
Kioobes is a search-engine-optimized spelling of Cubes.
